Responsibilities include:
Custodial duties.
Clean and maintain all common areas.
Clean and supply bathrooms daily.
Perform minor repairs/painting and maintenance to equipment.
Identify and report major items that need to be repaired.
Clean and maintain the courtyard as needed.
Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
Snow removal/salting when needed.
Loads and unloads supply trucks.
Follows all security and safety procedures established by the company.
Other duties as needed.
